Abstract Submission Guidelines
Overview
The American Cancer Research 2025 welcomes abstract submissions for original research, case studies, and reviews in all areas of oncology. Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.
Format Requirements
- Length: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
- Structure:
- Title (20 words max)
- Authors and affiliations
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Font: Times New Roman, 11-point
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF
Content Guidelines
- Clearly state the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
- Use standard abbreviations; place unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word on first use.
- Do not include references, tables, or figures in the abstract.
Submission Process
- Visit the conference website and navigate to the "Abstract Submission" portal.
- Create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Fill in all required fields, including presenter information and abstract category.
- Upload your abstract file.
- Review and confirm your submission.
Review Process
All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process by the scientific committee. Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
- Scientific merit and originality
- Methodology and data analysis
- Relevance to conference themes
- Potential impact on the field
Presentation Formats
Accepted abstracts may be selected for:
- Keynote Speaker
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
Authors will be notified of the presentation format upon acceptance.
